Cachopo Asturiano - Cachopo is one of the most typical & loved dishes from Asturian Cuisine. Two large beef steaks are stuffed with Serrano Ham, cheese & peppers then breaded and fried to perfection. The cachopo recipe competes with other delicious dishes of this autonomous region like fabes ( bean stew) or arroz con leche ( rice pudding ).

About Manduca

Founded in October 2021, Our aim is for our guest to feel the Manduca experience. With it’s reasonable price ” I want to reintroduce the traditional Spanish food to the Filipinos, really going back to the roots of the Spanish cuisine.” says Spanish Chef Amado Garcia Fernandez.

The authentic taste comes from family recipes and from fresh, simple and tasteful ingredients straight from home.
